Lead and manage the mechanical structural erection activities for power projects, ensuring compliance with safety standards, quality assurance, and project timelines.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, procurement, and construction to drive efficient and effective project delivery.
Develop and implement strategic plans for mechanical structural erection, including resource planning, budgeting, and risk management.
Provide technical expertise and guidance to the project team, addressing any challenges or obstacles encountered during the erection process.
Monitor and evaluate the performance of subcontractors and vendors involved in the mechanical structural erection, ensuring adherence to project requirements.

Qualifications:
Education Qualification
Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or related field.
Experience:
15-22 years of experience in the Power/Energy industry

Familiarity with relevant codes, standards, and regulations governing mechanical erection in the power sector
Experience in managing large-scale projects with a focus on quality, safety, and cost control
