What will you do?
+ Create & spearhead the EM integrated branded product strategy right from pre-launch, launch to post-launch
+ Devise the go-to-market strategy with an objective of shaping the market
+ Gather insights to understand unmet needs and behaviors
+ Conceptualize and lead novel initiatives focused on KOL engagement, market creation, therapy awareness, patient management at a country level
+ Market Access Strategy & Multiple Life Cycle Management for each branded product in each market
Areas Of Responsibility:
+ Understanding the unmet needs at each level - category / indication / HCP / patient / caregiver through various market research tools
+ Conceptualization and execution of key strategic initiatives to shape the category / brand / positioning
+ Market sizing, forecasting & market access
+ Develop advocacy platforms to bring International and Local experts together
+ To develop a robust pre - launch plan including gathering insights, drawing actionable inferences and devising a go-to-market strategy
+ Work on strategic partnerships with medical associations / societies to co-create patient centric approaches to help improve outcomes
+ Devise an integrated launch plan encompassing HCP marketing mix / digital / social media marketing mix for customer acquisition and patient acquisition
+ Identify and work closely with patient support groups and HCPs in order to establish long-standing partnerships through innovative engagements programs
+ Work closely with cross functional teams at every stage of launch planning and also for brand life cycle management to identify under developed segments / new indications / new value propositions
+ Working with Patient Advocacy Groups and innovative engagement programs
Qualification and Experience:
+ - Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy from an accredited university
- MBA
- 10-15 years of handling innovative products/biologics/oncology
