Work will require strategic - creative approach and capable operationalizing to meet deadlines as well as support in the insights generation to helping achieve creative cut through solutions. Dimensions of the position Personal Profile Education MBA in Marketing preferred from an institution with Marcom emphasis (like MICA) Skills Marketing - Brand Management or Mainline Agency Side - Account Management Relevant Experience: Min 10 Years 1.Voice of the customer. Should have a good ability to observe, question and articulate customer persona, behavior and journey. 2.Operational Excellence (Project Management) 3.People Management (Internal and External Stakeholders) 4.360 Integrated Programs or specific media delivery for specific business challenges. 5.Thorough understanding of campaign performance attribution 6.Finance Management and process oriented 7.Category Experience: Automotive, FMCG experience with atleast 10 years on an agency side. Job Responsibility .Support the BM in the reconciliation of important activities. .Support in operationalizing all campaigns across touch points - digital initiatives, Events, Launches, Mainline Campaigns etc or altogether. .Gatekeeper for assigned project timelines. .Staying updated and keeping the company ecosystem abreast with the marketing insights and sensibilities through external and internal partners .Creation of Marketing Brief (Initial Draft) basis Business Brief. .Being able to drive singularity of brief through to dissemination not just with external agency partners but internal MDF team\'s aswell. .Ability to evaluate first round of work against brief with TML CVBU business objectives. .Timely project reporting and knowledge sharing with respective stakeholders .Engage in bringing Customer Voice into work being driven centrally.
