Highly motivated and experienced sales professional having a up to 10-15 years of experience in selling technical solution for Critical Power (UPS) & Cooling (PAC/Chiller) and interested to join Schneider Electric Services team as Dy. General Manager (Business Development, Secure Power Services) in Gurgaon location. This position reports to head of Business Development - Services, Greater India zone.
The candidate should be technically sound on electrical products & critical power system and will be able to provide technical solutions on with Modernization & Digital monitoring along with various Spare parts replacement.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
o Plan the deployment of consultative selling strategy in various segment specific in line with global strategy.
o Identifying the customer actual need & promote the solution accordingly.
o Support sales team across country / regions / zone, setting up customer training, technical presentation etc.
o Selection the type of solution offers to be proposed based on business nature of customer on specific segment approach. Market awareness (competitor landscape, offer, trends, price etc.)
o Identifying the offer fit to specific Strategic Customer Segments and analyze business potential.
o All tracking opportunities through bFO
o The position will lead the digital transformation for all solution business.
