(experience in Techno-Commercial Sales & Marketing) Key Responsibilities - Candidate should have experience in Techno-Commercial Sales & Marketing of preferably Steel Castings or any other mechanical items used in Steel, Cement, Sponge Iron & General Engineering Plants. \xc2\xb7 Candidate should have the ability to read technical drawings. \xc2\xb7 Candidate should be willing to travel 10 to 15 days a month post pandemic to Steel/ Cement & Sponge Iron Plants. \xc2\xb7 Candidate should have experience in marketing industrial products to Steel Plants, Cement Plants, Sponge Iron Plants and General Engineering Sectors. \xef\x82\xb7 Ensure execution of production plan as per agreed supply plan. \xef\x82\xb7 Communicate finalized monthly production plan \xef\x82\xb7 Excellent management and leadership skills \xef\x82\xb7 Excellent communication skills (vendors/suppliers/clients) \xef\x82\xb7 Actively involved in production \xef\x82\xb7 Identify, initiate and implement technology improvements, which increase productivity and reduce scrap/reject rates through effective training of production personnel and process enhancements. \xef\x82\xb7 Recruit, train, manage & develop plant staff including their performance management \xef\x82\xb7 Ensure safety & security of manpower and factory equipment \xef\x82\xb7 Maintain strict quality control checks and tools as required. \xef\x82\xb7 Liaisoning with concerned departmental officials for smooth functioning of operations Overall management of all matters relating to production, commercial operations as well as liaisoning in departments, etc . Should have handled plant in the capacity of profit centre head, strong performance oriented environment, spearheaded Lean and TPM drive in his current organization.
