Job Title 1To Reduce Overtime wages in co-ordination with HODs of different sections 2To keep coordial Labour Relations with Recognized & Unrecognized Union. 3 To attend to major infrastructure issues viz. Land Matters, Water Scarcity issues during Summer Season, etc. 4 To enhance PR with Local - Villagers / Govt. Officials / Politicians. 5 To troublshoot, initiate & execute Disciplinery Procedures against the errant workmen in accordance with Statutory Provisions.
