Job Description

Monitor the operations both kilns and RMP unit, and overall plant performance and guide relevant functional heads with identifying and implementing improvements to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and improve reliability.

Manage and lead a team of managers, engineers, technicians, and operators to ensure all activities are performed safely and effectively

Support and guide the development and implementation of various operational and technical systems and processes to monitor, record, and control the consumption of raw material, energy and other resources.

Monitor and validate the quality tests performed for all SIU unit raw materials and accordingly plan for the consumption of the same.

Monitor the quality tests performed for all finished goods and ensure adherence with the production plan.

Ensure that the entire workforce of SIU & RMP unit is trained, equipped, and supervised appropriately to carry out their duties effectively

Conduct daily visits across the plant to observe, validate, and rectify process deviances and abnormalities.

Pay: From ?120,000.00 per month
