Preparation & filing of Income Tax returns for companies & LLP etc
+


Handling income tax notices / investigations proceedings
+


Handling income tax assessments including transfer pricing with its preparation
+


Handling income tax appeals at appellate levels including DRP with its preparation
+


Preparation & filing of TDS / TCS returns for companies & LLP etc
+


Handling TDS proceedings and tax demands raised by TRACES
+


Computations of provisions for current tax
+


Income tax compliances for SFT , Master file, Advance tax, form 10IC, form 15CA etc
+


Finalisation of Transfer pricing audit, tax audit etc
+


Involved in restructuring of existing tax structures and advisory related to direct tax matters
+


Working knowledge of SAP / ERP accounting software & ITR software
+


Understanding of AS / IND AS / GST regulations



Besides above he will also manage income tax records and 2 reportee will report to him.
