The Telesales Executive will be responsible for

providing clear information, answering queries, and creating awareness about VR experiences

no responsibility for direct sales or targets

Key Responsibilities

Explain Aankhon Dekha VR Centre's VR experiences and services to customers via phone and digital platforms.

Communicate product features, experience flow, and visitor benefits clearly and accurately.

Respond to customer queries in a polite and professional manner.

Share digital content such as brochures, videos, or experience details when required.

Record customer interactions and feedback for internal reference.

Skills & Requirements

Good verbal communication skills in

Hindi

.

Customer-friendly and patient approach.

Basic knowledge of digital communication tools.

Qualifications

Minimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred.

Prior experience in telesales, telecalling, customer support, or product communication is an advantage.

Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply.

Work Environment

Office-based - Pune

Day shift with structured calling schedules.
