Job Title: DFT Technical Manager



We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced DFT Technical Manager to join our team. As the DFT Technical Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of Design for Test (DFT) activities within our organization. This includes developing and implementing DFT strategies, working closely with design and test teams, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality test solutions.



Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement DFT strategies to improve test coverage and reduce test time Collaborate with design and test teams to ensure DFT requirements are met Lead DFT architecture and implementation for complex digital designs Perform DFT simulations and analysis to verify testability of designs Drive DFT methodology improvements and best practices


Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field 15+ years of experience in DFT engineering Strong knowledge of DFT techniques and methodologies Experience with industry-standard DFT tools and flows Excellent communication and leadership skills
