Qualification BTECH
Scan and ATPG for different fault models. Performing scan insertion, LEC checks, low power CLP checks IEEE1687 (iJTAG) compliant ICL/PDL for functional manufacturing tests. Running zero delay and timing simulations and debugging on all the above aspects
Contractor should be experienced and independent in debugging ATPG DRCs, coverage analysis and simulation debugs.
Experience on automation and scripting would be helpful.
