Key Skills Required

Strong understanding of

DFT architectures

including

JTAG, Scan, Scan Compression, and Boundary Scan

Hands-on experience with

Synopsys DFT tools

(DFT Compiler, TetraMAX, etc.) Experience working on complex

SoC designs

and improving fault coverage Solid knowledge of

digital design and test methodologies

Role Highlights

Design and implement DFT solutions during

RTL and gate-level

stages Perform

scan insertion, ATPG, and pattern generation

Collaborate with

design, verification, and PD teams

Debug and resolve DFT-related issues across the design lifecycle
