Our platform enables seamless communication, product access, and advisory support to enhance farm productivity and profitability.Role Overview:We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Agri Telecaller to connect with farmers, agri-dealers, and other stakeholders. You will be the first point of contact, educating them about our products/services, solving queries, and supporting sales and onboarding efforts.Key Responsibilities:- Make outbound calls to farmers, agri-dealers, and partners to promote agri-tech solutions.- Explain product features, benefits, and pricing in a clear and effective manner.- Collect and verify customer information accurately.- Maintain call logs, lead data, and update CRM systems.- Coordinate with the sales and field teams for follow-ups or escalations.Provide basic troubleshooting and support for users using the app/platform.- Educate customers on how to use mobile applications or digital tools.- Handle queries related to crop advisory, weather updates, input suggestions (based on company offerings).- Provide daily reports and feedback to the team leads/managers.Requirements:- Graduation in Agriculture, Agri-Business, or any relevant field (preferred).- 1 - 3 years of experience in telecalling, preferably in agri-tech, input sales, or rural outreach.- Excellent communication skills in regional languages (e.g., Hindi, Marathi, Telugu, Kannada, etc.) and basic English.- Knowledge of farming practices, agri-inputs, and rural customer behavior.- Comfortable using mobile apps, CRM tools, and MS Office.- Empathetic, patient, and persuasive speaking style.Good to Have:- Prior experience in an agri-tech company or rural outreach programs.- Exposure to digital farming platforms or agricultural advisory services.- Multilingual communication skills.
