Digital Employee Experience (DEX)

to design and manage user and device solutions, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and enhance endpoint management. Proficiency in DEX technologies is crucial for data protection and regulatory compliance. The successful candidate will be part of a global team focused on designing and deploying comprehensive DEX solutions for clients through requests for proposals (RFP) and requests for information (RFI).


We seek a passionate DEX Expert with 5 to 14 years of experience to join our Digital Workplace team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Digital Experience Management platforms like Nexthink and SysTrack, along with relevant certifications. This role involves working directly with clients as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) to drive proactive IT operations and AI-powered automation initiatives. Key Functional Areas of Expertise

and any cloud solutions. Must have 10+ years of relevant experience. Responsible for designing specific technology solutions from high-level to detailed-level designs, deployment, and handover to delivery.


Key technical skills required.


Act as a client-facing expert, leading & managing Digital Employee Experience transformation projects. Monitor employee experience metrics using Nexthink, SysTrack, and Aptine. Execute NQL and Splunk queries for data analysis. Create dashboards for key performance indicators. Proactively resolve issues with remote actions and alerts. Optimize queries and database logic. Integrate Nexthink with tools like Splunk. Maintain PowerShell scripts for automation. Manage PC infrastructure and Active Directory. Support Azure cloud solutions. Write and execute Splunk queries for data insights. Utilize Nexthink APIs and connectors for integration. Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts for automation. Understand and apply the Nexthink data model. Collaborate with ServiceNow for incident management. Provide troubleshooting expertise and actionable insights. Integrate DEX platforms with ITSM tools and Microsoft 365. Stay updated on Digital Experience Management and AI trends. Experience with Nexthink and SysTrack (implementation and management). Proficient in NQL queries, PowerShell scripting, and database logic. Knowledge of NLP, Generative AI, and LLM frameworks. intermediate knowledge of PC infrastructure (AD, network, etc.). Experience with Azure Apps and ServiceNow. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Familiar with Microsoft 365 and DEX tool integration. Background in client engagement and enterprise problem resolution. Experience with Nexthink-Splunk integrations and APIs. Understanding of the Nexthink/SysTrack data model and PC infrastructure. Experience with Azure Apps and ServiceNow. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Team player.
