Job Description

Key Duties

Contribute to operational maintenance activities including platform upgrades, server patching, monitoring, configuration, troubleshooting, and documentation. Participate in 24/7 support as part of an on-call rotation team that responds to after-hours infrastructure alerts. Actively participate in analysis and resolution efforts for various DevSecOps issues. Implement and deploy monitoring and alerting of service events to achieve high levels of performance, scalability, availability, and reliability. Follow and maintain software engineering and CI/CD best practices. Actively participate in all Agile ceremonies. Perform other duties as assigned.

Basic Qualifications

A degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a similar IT related discipline, or equivalent work experience is required.

Skills Required

Working knowledge of DevOps, CloudOps, or containerization concepts and tooling. Demonstrated systems, cloud, or container administration and troubleshooting experience. Working knowledge of CI/CD Pipelines and tooling including Jenkins, git, Jira, Kubernetes, Docker. Working knowledge of VPC Configuration, Networking, NACL, compliance, security groups, firewalls, NAT, packet filtering, DNS, and load balancing. Good problem-solving skills to work on multiple concurrent projects efficiently. Exemplary written and oral communication skills.
