Overview:

CloudBlitz is looking for a dynamic and experienced AWS and DevOps Trainer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will possess a solid foundation in AWS cloud technologies and DevOps practices, along with a strong passion for teaching and mentoring aspiring IT professionals.

Responsibilities:

Deliver high-quality training sessions on AWS cloud services and core DevOps tools and methodologies. Design, update, and maintain training content such as presentations, lab guides, and hands-on exercises. Provide real-world demonstrations and practical labs to enhance students' learning experiences. Track student progress, conduct assessments, and provide constructive feedback to help learners grow. Contribute to curriculum improvement based on technological trends and learner feedback. Collaborate with the placement team to align student skills with job market needs and assist with interview preparation. Keep up with the latest developments in AWS, DevOps, CI/CD, containerization, and infrastructure automation.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in any discipline. Minimum 1.5 year of hands-on experience with AWS and DevOps tools. AWS certifications such as AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, Solutions Architect, or SysOps Administrator preferred. Practical knowledge of key AWS services like EC2, S3, IAM, RDS, VPC, and CloudFormation. Experience with DevOps tools such as Git, Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, Ansible, and Terraform. Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation. Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to simplify technical concepts. Prior experience in training or mentoring is a plus. Self-driven and collaborative team player with a passion for education
