Key Responsibilities
Deliver classroom and/or online training on DevOps concepts and tools.
Design and maintain structured training content, lab exercises, and real-world use cases.
Provide hands-on training on:
Linux and Shell Scripting
Git and Version Control Systems
CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, etc.)
Configuration Management (Ansible, Chef, or Puppet)
Containerization (Docker)
Container Orchestration (Kubernetes)
Cloud Platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
Infrastructure as Code (Terraform)
Monitoring and Logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK)
Explain DevOps pipelines, automation workflows, and best practices.
Support learners with assignments, projects, and interview preparation.
Evaluate trainee performance and provide constructive feedback.
Stay updated with the latest DevOps trends and technologies.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Strong practical knowledge of DevOps tools and workflows.
Hands-on experience in cloud-based DevOps environments.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to explain complex concepts clearly and effectively.
Strong troubleshooting and mentoring skills.
Educational Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (preferred).
Relevant DevOps or Cloud certifications are an added advantage.
Experience
2-7 years of hands-on DevOps experience.
Prior training or mentoring experience is preferred.
