Your responsibilities
- Incident management
- Documentation e.g. SOPs, RCA, postmortem report etc.
- Routine tasks like OLM Cronjob, Order status, Log monitoring,
- User Management
- Perform deployment on various projects.
- Manage and support planned maintenance.
- Learning attitude/enthusiastic
Your profile
- Experience required: 0-2 years.
- Development lifecycle knowledge \xe2\x80\x93 SDLC
- Linux and windows basics
- Verbal and written skills
- any development language... like Java, .Net etc.
- Experience on ticketing tool, Jira is preferred.
- Educational background - IT Graduate
- Work Location: - Thane (Mumbai)
