Role Overview

We are seeking a

DevOps / System Administrator

with strong expertise in Linux systems, cloud infrastructure, and multi-stack deployments. The candidate will play a crucial role in managing our infrastructure, ensuring server performance, enabling automation, and supporting development teams across various technology stacks.

The ideal professional will have hands-on experience in

Linux administration, cloud platforms (preferably AWS), WHM/cPanel management, CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and automation scripting

. This role demands technical versatility, proactive monitoring, and a strong understanding of security best practices.

Key Responsibilities

Administer and maintain

Linux-based systems

(RedHat, Debian, Ubuntu). Manage

cloud infrastructure

, preferably on

AWS

, including EC2, S3, RDS, and networking configurations. Oversee

WHM/cPanel

environments, handling server optimization, account management, and security hardening. Deploy, configure, and maintain applications across diverse technology stacks including:

LAMP Stack (Linux, Apache, MySQL, PHP)

WordPress

Laravel (PHP)

ReactJS (Frontend)

Node.js

Java-based applications

Implement and manage

CI/CD pipelines

using tools such as

Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions

. Develop automation scripts using

Bash, Python, or Ansible

. Monitor system health and performance using tools like

Nagios, Zabbix, Prometheus, or Grafana

. Manage

Docker / Kubernetes

containers and deployments. Apply

security best practices

and ensure system hardening across all environments. Collaborate with development and QA teams to streamline deployments and ensure infrastructure stability.

Required Skills & QualificationsCore Technical Expertise

Proven hands-on experience with

Linux administration

(RedHat, Debian, Ubuntu). Cloud experience --

AWS preferred

(EC2, S3, VPC, IAM, RDS). Strong understanding of

WHM/cPanel

server environments. Proficiency in

multi-stack application deployment

(LAMP, WordPress, Laravel, ReactJS, Node.js, Java). Experience with

CI/CD automation tools

(Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions). Scripting and automation using

Bash, Python, or Ansible

. Familiarity with

monitoring and logging tools

(Nagios, Zabbix, Prometheus, Grafana). Knowledge of

containerization

tools (Docker, Kubernetes). Strong grasp of

security principles

and best practices for system hardening.

Networking Fundamentals

Working knowledge of

TCP/IP, DNS, firewalls, load balancing, subnetting, and routing

.

Certifications (Preferred)

Linux certifications:

RHCSA / RHCE.

AWS certifications:

Solutions Architect Associate / SysOps Administrator.
