The Role: DevOps Support Engineer

Our team facilitate software development by owning and managing vendor hosted applications such as Gitlab, Azure DevOps, GitHub, Artifactory, Jira, Confluence, Mend, SonarQube and TeamCity. We are centralized tools team to serve the entire MI developers.
The Impact:
In this role, you will be responsible for managing and building solutions for all our tools architecture and best practices. We care about the overall user experience and overall client experience. You will work closely with ceto team and clients to provide solutions and lead the team with guideline. You work independently on managing infra and automate the mundane process, handle the escalated issues and vendor management.
