About Position:

As an SRE, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability, scalability, and performance of complex distributed systems. The role involves driving automation and tooling to reduce manual intervention, collaborating closely with development and operations teams to foster a strong DevOps culture, and maintaining operational excellence through proactive monitoring, incident response, and resilience engineering. You will also promote a culture of shared responsibility for system reliability across all teams.

What You'll Do:

Design and implement automation scripts and tools to enhance system reliability. Manage CI/CD pipelines using Harness, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps. Utilize Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform, AWS CDK, or CloudFormation for provisioning and management. Monitor system health using Prometheus, Grafana, CloudWatch, and define SLIs/SLOs. Participate in on-call rotations, incident response, and post-incident reviews to ensure operational excellence.

Expertise You'll Bring:

Strong coding and scripting skills in Python, Node.js, Bash, PowerShell for automation. Deep knowledge of Linux systems, networking, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes). Hands-on experience with AWS/Azure, CI/CD tools, and IaC frameworks. Familiarity with security best practices, capacity planning, and performance tuning.
