Job Description

We are looking for a seasoned DevOps engineer with specialization in Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, etc.), Dynamics 365, and deep expertise in Azure DevOps. In addition, exposure to GitLab CI/CD and AWS DevOps toolchains is required to provide cross-cloud flexibility. This role will be critical in establishing a unified deployment, ALM, and DevOps governance model across our client engagements.
Key Responsibilities
Architect, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines (YAML-based) for Power Platform, D365, and custom Azure solutions.
Automate solution export/import, unpack/pack, environment promotion, rollback handling, and validations.
Create and maintain pipeline templates, environment variable schemes, and reusable modules.
Integrate with source control systems (Azure Repos, GitLab, GitHub) and define branching/merge strategies.
Collaborate with architects, developers, and QA to ensure alignment with Power Platform ALM best practices (connection references, environment variables, managed solutions).
Provide training, documentation, and mentorship to project teams to raise DevOps maturity.
Manage release processes, versioning, rollback strategies, and environment readiness.
Where needed, integrate AWS or GitLab pipelines for hybrid or cross-cloud deployments.
Troubleshoot pipeline failures, respond to production release issues, and maintain pipeline reliability.
Participate in architecture reviews, POCs, and continuous toolset improvements.
Required Skills & Experience
5+ years of hands-on experience in Azure DevOps (pipelines, service connections, artifacts, environments).
Demonstrable experience with Power Platform ALM / DevOps, including automated deployments of Power Apps / Power Automate via Azure DevOps.
Strong scripting / automation skills (PowerShell, CLI, REST APIs, Python).
Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, ARM, Bicep).
Experience with cross-cloud / hybrid DevOps (GitLab CI/CD, AWS CodePipeline, etc.).
Strong understanding of DevOps best practices: branching, release management, rollback, testing/validation.
Excellent communication and ability to evangelize standards across teams.
Proven experience driving consistency, governance, and process maturity.
Preferred: background in full-stack development (C#, JavaScript, .NET etc.).
Bonus: certifications (AZ-400, PL-400, Power Platform / Dynamics credentials).
Preferred / Nice-to-Have
Containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes).
Experience working in consulting or multi-client delivery models.
Experience in regulated or compliance-driven domains.
Prior experience with Dynamics 365 ALM / LCS processes.
Working Model & Location
Remote (with some overlap with North America hours).
Some roles may require occasional travel or coordination across regions.
