What You'll Do

• Lead and mentor a team of DevOps engineers, providing technical guidance and support.
• AWS/GCP, python, Kubernetes, Service Mesh(Istio)
• Define and implement DevOps strategies, processes, and best practices across the organization.
• Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for software applications.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning and management using Infrastructure as Code (IaC).Terraform
• Collaborate with development and operations teams to improve software delivery processes.
• Implement and maintain monitoring and alerting systems to ensure application availability and performance.
• Manage and resolve incidents and outages, performing root cause analysis.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize DevOps processes and reduce operational costs.
• Stay current with the latest DevOps technologies and trends.
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of company-wide DevOps standards and policies.
• Participate in on-call rotations as needed.
