Salesforce Skills:

Good understanding of Salesforce Platform features In depth knowledge of Salesforce deployment best practices Must be able to lead and mentor the team in adopting release management best practices. Must be proficient in Salesforce.com and the related deployment and continuous integration tools Good to have Salesforce Development Lifecycle and Deployment Designer Certification Design software products for enterprise customers based on product strategy and roadmap. Experience with build tools and environments including: Git, TravisCI, Jenkins, Java, ant. Experience building Salesforce packages and deploying to SAAS.


Responsibilities

Work with development and QA teams to manage and improve the software release process Ability to configure source code and continuous integration tools, develops scripts to build, integrate, and deploy software releases to SDLC Conduct Release Readiness reviews and Milestone Reviews Manage risks and resolves issues that affect release scope, schedule and quality Work with release engineers to understand impacts of branches and code merges Lead and co-ordinate the Go-Live activities including the execution of the deployment Plans and checklists Work with development and QA teams to manage and improve the sojmnioftware release process
