About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Understanding of performance engineering
2. Writing Ansible scripts
3. Building and setting up new development tools and infrastructure
4. Understanding the needs of stakeholders and conveying this to developers
5. Working on ways to automate and improve development and release processes
6. Ensuring that systems are safe and secure against cybersecurity threats
7. Identifying technical problems and developing software updates and fixes'
8. Working with software developers and software engineers to ensure that development follows established processes and works as intended
9. Planning out projects and being involved in project management decisions
10. Deploying updates and fixes

Requirements:

1. Knowledge of quality processes and estimation techniques
2. Basic understanding of project domain
3. Ability to translate functional/nonfunctional requirements to systems requirements
4. Ability to design and code complex programs
5. Ability to write test cases and scenarios based on the specifications
6. Good understanding of SDLC and agile methodologies
7. Logical thinking and problem-solving skills along with an ability to collaborate

Additional Information

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (? 500 per successful task).
