We are looking for a motivated

DevOps Engineer

with at least 2 years of hands-on experience to join our growing technology team. The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in CI/CD pipelines, cloud infrastructure, automation, and system monitoring. You will collaborate with development, QA, and IT teams to streamline operations and ensure smooth software delivery.
Key Responsibilities:

Design, implement, and maintain

CI/CD pipelines

for multiple applications. Automate infrastructure provisioning and deployment using tools like

Terraform

,

Ansible

, or

CloudFormation

. Manage and optimize cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP). Monitor system health, performance, and security using

monitoring tools

(Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Datadog, etc.). Support developers with troubleshooting build, deployment, and environment issues. Ensure best practices in

version control

,

containerization

(Docker), and

orchestration

(Kubernetes). Participate in

incident response

and root cause analysis to prevent future outages. Document processes, playbooks, and infrastructure configuration for operational excellence.
Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).

2+ years of experience

in a DevOps or Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) role. Hands-on experience with

CI/CD tools

(Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or similar). Proficiency in

cloud platforms

(AWS, Azure, or GCP). Strong knowledge of

Linux/Unix administration

and scripting (Bash, Python, or PowerShell). Experience with

containerization and orchestration

(Docker, Kubernetes). Familiarity with

monitoring and logging tools

. Good understanding of

networking fundamentals

and

security best practices

.
Preferred Skills:

Experience with

infrastructure-as-code

tools like Terraform or Ansible. Exposure to

serverless architectures

and

cloud cost optimization

. Knowledge of

microservices architecture

and deployment strategies (blue/green, canary releases). Familiarity with

Agile/Scrum

software development methodologies. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment.
Soft Skills:

Strong communication and collaboration skills. Attention to detail and proactive approach to problem-solving. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹390,893.35 - ₹1,566,731.50 per year
