About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated

DevOps Engineer

with 3-6 years of hands-on experience in automation, CI/CD pipelines, containerization, infrastructure-as-code, cloud services, and monitoring tools. The ideal candidate should have strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

Design, build, and manage

CI/CD pipelines

using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, etc. Implement and maintain

containerization

using Docker and

orchestration

with Kubernetes (EKS/AKS/GKE). Automate configuration management using

Ansible

. Develop and manage infrastructure using

Terraform

(IaC). Deploy and manage applications across

AWS, Azure, and GCP

cloud platforms. Monitor system performance using

Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, CloudWatch, Azure Monitor, Stackdriver

, or similar tools. Improve system reliability, scalability, and security through best DevOps practices. Troubleshoot production issues, support deployments, and perform root-cause analysis. Collaborate with development, QA, and product teams for smooth release cycles.

Required Skills & Experience

3-6 years of experience in DevOps or related roles. Strong experience with

Docker & Kubernetes

(deployments, services, Helm, namespaces, autoscaling). Hands-on experience with

Jenkins

and building CI/CD workflows. Experience with

Ansible

for automation and configuration management. Proficiency in

Terraform

for IaC and cloud provisioning. Good understanding of

AWS / Azure / GCP

fundamental services (EC2, S3, RDS, IAM, VPC, AKS/EKS/GKE). Knowledge of

monitoring & logging tools

. Experience with Git and version control strategies (GitFlow, trunk-based). Basic scripting skills (Bash, Shell, Python preferred). Knowledge of networking basics (DNS, Load Balancers, Firewalls, VPNs).

Nice to Have

Experience with Helm charts, ArgoCD, or FluxCD. Knowledge of security best practices (DevSecOps). Experience with microservices architecture. Exposure to agile methodologies.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (preferred).

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
