About the Role
We are looking for an experienced DevOps Engineer (5+ years) to join our technology team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building, automating, and scaling infrastructure, ensuring smooth CI/CD pipelines, and collaborating with development teams to improve software delivery and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to streamline software delivery.
Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration using IaC tools (Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation, etc.).
Manage and monitor cloud infrastructure (AWS / Azure / GCP).
Ensure high system availability, scalability, and reliability through proactive monitoring and alerting.
Implement containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
Collaborate with development, QA, and operations teams to optimize workflows.
Maintain system security, compliance, and backups.
Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, ensuring minimal downtime.
Continuously evaluate new tools and technologies to improve processes.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
5+ years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Infrastructure, or Site Reliability Engineering.
Strong experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, GitHub Actions, etc.).
Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
Hands-on experience with containers (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes, ECS, AKS, etc.).
Solid knowledge of Linux/Unix systems administration.
Strong scripting skills (Python, Bash, Shell, etc.).
Experience with monitoring and logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Datadog, etc.).
Understanding of networking, load balancers, DNS, security best practices.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology and DevOps culture.
