Job Description
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Participate in the use and management of tools & processes to promote Continuous Delivery/ Continuous Integration for applications.
- Support creation and automation of build and release processes for multiple environments and products
- Support the Containerisation of product.
- Support the 'Product to Cloud' Infrastructure & Services Deployment
- Strive to continuously improve the services deployment lifecycle within an Agile setting.
- Collaborate with engineering teams, operations & further within the organisation to foster efficiencies & knowledge transfer
- Conduct performance monitoring, assessments & recommendations for performance enhancements
- Ideally 3+ Years' in a DevOps role, experienced with DevOps tools
- Cloud services (Azure, AWS, OpenShift, Tanzu)
- Linux, Linux Administration
- Experience with Kubernetes and Docker
- Microservices Architecture
- CI/CD Pipeline Automation , Azure DevOps
- DevSecOps
- Build and deploy tools (Maven, Git, Jenkins, SVN)
- Scripting/coding experience - Python, Bash, Groovy
- Release Management and Configuration tools ideally Ansible or Chef
- Networking experience
- Database skills e.g., SQL procedures and knowledge of NoSQL
- ELK, Grafana, Prometheus
- Infrastructure as a Code (Terraform)
- Cloud Services (Azure)
- Test Automation
