Role Overview

We are seeking a DevSecOps Engineer to design, implement, and secure our cloud-native

infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Kubernetes (EKS), CI/CD

pipelines, infrastructure as code, and security-first DevOps practices. You will ensure the

scalability, reliability, and compliance of our AI-driven applications, while embedding

security at every stage of the software lifecycle.

Required Skills & Qualifications

? ? 3+ years in DevOps/Cloud Engineering, with 1+ year in Security Operations.?

? ? Strong hands-on with AWS (IAM, VPC, networking).?

? ? 3+ years Kubernetes/EKS experience (deployments, Ingress, RBAC, security policies).?

? ? CI/CD experience with GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Jenkins (security-integrated pipelines).?

? ? Proficiency in Terraform/CloudFormation for IaC.?

? ? Docker hardening (minimal images, non-root, multi-stage builds).?

? ? Scripting knowledge (Bash, Python, or Go).?Key Responsibilities

? ? Cloud Infrastructure (DEP)?

? ? Design and maintain scalable, secure, and highly available AWS infrastructure.?

? ? Implement Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/CloudFormation) with security scanning (e.g., tfsec, checkov).?

? ? Kubernetes & Containerization (DEP/OPS)?

? ? Manage containerized applications with Docker & Kubernetes (EKS required).?

? ? Apply Kubernetes hardening (RBAC, NetworkPolicies, PodSecurity, non-root enforcement).?

? ? CI/CD & Automation (DEP/SEC)?

? ? Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins).?

? ? Integrate static code analysis and container scanning (Semgrep, Trivy, Snyk).?

? ? Enforce security gates -- fail builds on critical vulnerabilities.?

? ? Security & Compliance (SEC)?

? ? Implement Security Operations practices: IAM least-privilege, access control, encryption, vulnerability management.?

? ? Enable Kubernetes audit logging and provide compliance awareness (SOC2, GDPR, HIPAA).?

? ? Monitoring & Operations (OPS)?

? ? Ensure robust monitoring, logging, and alerting using Datadog (preferred) or prometheus/Grafana/ELK.?

? ? Optimize cloud cost management and resource utilization.?

? ? Troubleshoot performance issues and ensure system reliability Collaboration (DEP/OPS)?

? ? Work with development teams to improve release processes and system performance.?

? ? Contribute to continuous improvement in deployment practices.?

Preferred Qualifications

? ? Experience with observability platforms (Datadog, Prometheus, CloudWatch).

? ? Exposure to runtime security tools (Falco, AppArmor, Seccomp).?

? ? Familiarity with service mesh (Istio, Linkerd).?

? ? Database operations (MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or similar).?

? ? Understanding of serverless (AWS Lambda, Azure Functions).?

? ? Experience with AI/ML deployment pipelines (nice-to-have).?
