About the Role

We're looking for a talented DevOps Engineer to architect and maintain the infrastructure that powers our revolutionary AI agent ecosystem. You'll work directly with our Senior DevOps Engineer (Peter White, based in the US) and collaborate with engineering teams across both our Cambridge and Pune offices to build scalable, resilient systems that support our cutting-edge AI platform.


This role offers the unique opportunity to work at the intersection of traditional DevOps and emerging AI infrastructure, creating systems that enable thousands of AI agents to collaborate seamlessly in generating enterprise-grade software. You'll take ownership of critical infrastructure components while supporting both our Blitzy platform and client projects as needed.

What Success Looks Like

You build and maintain robust Kubernetes infrastructure that scales effortlessly to support our AI agent ecosystem You create and optimize CI/CD pipelines using modern DevOps tools that enable rapid, reliable deployment You develop Python-based automation that eliminates manual tasks and accelerates development velocity You implement monitoring and observability systems that provide deep insights into infrastructure and application performance You collaborate effectively with engineering teams in Pune and the US to improve developer experience You proactively identify and resolve infrastructure bottlenecks before they impact customers You contribute to infrastructure best practices that support our rapid growth You take ownership of the systems you build and operate them throughout their lifecycle You communicate openly about technical decisions, keeping teams aligned on your rationale You maintain high availability for production services supporting enterprise customers

Our hiring process is designed for you to demonstrate strong expertise in DevOps with focus on Kubernetes, Python automation, and modern CI/CD practices.

Required Technical Experience:

5-8 years of DevOps/Infrastructure experience

Expert-level Python proficiency

for automation, scripting, and tooling

Strong Kubernetes expertise

: deployment, scaling, troubleshooting, cluster management

Hands-on experience with Helm

for application package management Proven experience designing and implementing

CI/CD pipelines

(Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, or similar) Experience with major

Linux administration

Our Co-Founder and CTO is a Serial Gen AI Inventor who grew up in Pune, India, is a BITS Pilani graduate, and worked at NVIDIA's Pune office for 6 years. There, he was promoted 5 times in 6 years and was transferred to the NVIDIA Headquarters in Santa Clara, California. After making significant contributions to NVIDIA, he proceeded to attend Harvard for his dual Masters in Engineering and MBA from HBS. This role requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment and loves tackling complex infrastructure challenges. You'll be building systems for a platform that's never existed before--one where thousands of AI agents collaborate to write software. This means being comfortable with rapid change, continuous learning, and creative problem-solving.


You should be excited about working with our US-based Senior DevOps Engineer and collaborating in-person with our Pune engineering team. The ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly and work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders is essential.
