Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and translate them into scalable and maintainable infrastructure solutions.
Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate the software delivery process using tools like GitLab CI.
Manage and configure version control systems, particularly Git and GitLab.
Work closely with development and operations teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to deployment, security, and performance.
Implement and manage infrastructure as code (IaC) using tools such as Terraform or Ansible.
Monitor and enhance system performance, ensuring high availability and reliability of infrastructure.
Collaborate with development teams to optimize application performance in a cloud environment.
Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to continually improve DevOps processes.
Identify manual processes and tasks that can be automated and implement the necessary automation to improve efficiency.
Assess system capacity and plan for scalability based on growth projections. Proactively identify and address potential bottlenecks.
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in a DevOps role.
Experience with version control systems, preferably Git and GitLab.
Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, preferably using GitLab CI.
Proficiency in scripting languages such as Batch, Bash, Powershell or Python.
Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools, such as Docker and Kubernetes.
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Add on:
Certification in relevant DevOps tools or cloud platforms.
Experience with other DevOps tools.
Knowledge of security best practices in a DevOps environment.
Knowledge on Asp .NET environment and DevOps workflow.
Hands-on experience with Database servers such as MSSQL, MongoDB and Oracle Database.
