Essential Job Functions:

• Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code scripts using tools like Terraform to provision and manage infrastructure resources on Azure
• Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD): Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps to automate software build, test, and deployment processes
• Configuration Management: Manage and version control application configurations using tools such as Azure App Configuration, Key Vault, or similar technologies
• Containerization and Orchestration: Containerize applications using Docker and orchestrate containers using Kubernetes or Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS)
• Monitoring and Logging: Implement and manage monitoring and logging solutions for applications and infrastructure using Azure Monitor, Application Insights, ELK Stack, or similar tools
• Security: Ensure the security of the Azure environment by implementing best practices, managing access control, and staying up-to-date with security patches and compliance requirements
• Collaboration: Collaborate with development, operations, and other cross-functional teams to ensure efficient and reliable software delivery
• Troubleshooting and Support: Investigate and resolve issues related to deployments, infrastructure, and application performance in a timely manner

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a DevOps Engineer or similar role
• Strong expertise in Microsoft Azure services and Azure DevOps
• Proficiency in scripting languages like PowerShell, Bash, or Python
• Experience with source code version control systems (e.g., Git)
• Knowledge of containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes
• Familiarity with infrastructure automation tools like Terraform or ARM templates
• Understanding of CI/CD concepts and experience with pipeline configuration
