About the Role
We're looking for a DevOps Engineer who will architect, build, and maintain robust cloud infrastructure and CI/CD systems that drive our SaaS products. You'll ensure that our applications are highly available, secure, and scalable, while constantly optimizing performance, automation, and developer productivity.
This role is a blend of operations engineering, automation craftsmanship, and systems design thinking -- perfect for someone who enjoys solving complex infrastructure problems and making deployment pipelines faster, smarter, and safer.
Design, build, and maintain scalable cloud infrastructure on
AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform,
AWS CloudFormation, or Pulumi.
Manage environments across staging, production, and sandbox setups.
Continuously optimize costs, performance, and reliability of cloud systems.
2. CI/CD Pipeline Ownership
Build and maintain automated CI/CD pipelines for multiple SaaS products using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or CircleCI.
Integrate testing, code analysis, and deployment workflows to ensure zero-downtime releases.
Collaborate with developers and QA teams to automate deployment and rollback mechanisms.
3. Monitoring, Logging & Reliability
Set up end-to-end monitoring and alerting systems using Prometheus, Grafana, New Relic, or Datadog.
Manage centralized logging through ELK, Graylog, or CloudWatch.
Track uptime, latency, and incident metrics -- ensuring SLA compliance and rapid response to issues
4. Security & Compliance
Implement security best practices in cloud architecture, identity management, and networking.
Manage firewalls, SSL, IAM policies, secret management, and VPC configurations.
Conduct infrastructure vulnerability assessments and coordinate with the security team for patching.
5. Automation & tooling
Create scripts and tools to automate routine DevOps and sysadmin tasks.
Maintain containerized environments using Docker and Kubernetes.
Streamline build, deployment, and rollback processes through smart automation and versioning strategies.
6. Collaboration & Documentation
Work closely with Engineering, QA, and Product teams to ensure deployment readiness.
Document processes, architecture, and incident reports for transparency and continuity.
Participate in sprint planning, release reviews, and infrastructure retrospectives.
Key RequirementsEducation & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent.
1-3 years of hands-on experience as a
