Lead the Discovery & Assessment exercise for applications. Conduct R-Lane Analysis to categorize applications based on their risk, replace, retain, or renew strategy. Perform Complexity Analysis to assess the technical complexity of applications and databases. Develop a Dependency Matrix to identify interdependencies between applications, infrastructure and databases. Conduct Cloud Suitability Analysis to evaluate the feasibility of migrating applications to the cloud. Perform App Transformation analysis to determine the most appropriate migration strategy (lift and shift, refactoring, etc.) for each application. Document findings and recommendations in a clear, concise, and easy-to-understand format. Collaborate with stakeholders across IT and business units to ensure alignment with business goals. Develop a high-level roadmap for application migration & modernization Lead the team for Apps migrations to AWS Define the architecture of modernisation leveraging AWS native services Perform the App Architect role for AWS modernisation programs.Proven experience in delivering cloud based App modernisation programs Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills * AWS certified solutions architect.
