DevOps engineering plays a pivotal role in building or using tools/processes to operationally manage, monitor and secure so many diverse systems and different technologies with a complexity of running international operations in a cost-efficient manner. The Role We are in the lookout for someone who is passionate about DevOps to provide operational excellence to run systems and technologies in a cost-efficient manner. In this role, you will be responsible for - Shell or python scripting - Linux administration - AWS networking - deployments on cloud (AWS/Azure) - building infrastructure as code - Configuration management using Ansible - Containerization and orchestration using AWS ECS - supporting, analyzing and troubleshooting large-scale distributed systems (Microservices), - management & monitoring using datadog, ELK, prometheus & Grafana - source control management (github, bitbucket etc), - deployment automation CI/CD tools such as Jenkins - Managing open source technologies (Kafka, ELK/EFK Stack, Prometheus, Grafana etc) - Basic understanding of MySQL, MongoDB & Redis Overall, you must have a systematic problem-solving approach and a strong sense of ownership to drive problems to resolution.
