Title: Enterprise DevOps EngineerJob Location: Chennai, IndiaDepartment: Trimble E-ToolsAre you ready to take your skills to the next level as a self-motivated and enthusiastic Development and Operations Engineer with hands-on experience in cloud computing?What You Will DoCollaborate with software engineering to craft, automate, and deploy tools for measuring and improving productivity for Trimble engineering teams. Maintain and optimize deployment, monitoring, and operations tools. Troubleshoot and resolve issues across all environments, while providing top-notch automated customer support. Embrace a culture of automation and continuous improvement for enhanced support and development. Act as a vital liaison between E-Tools and other engineering teams across the company, ensuring smooth operations.Own, track, and report on KPIs related to program rollout and performance metrics.Automate administrative tasks to streamline application operations.Support and contribute to the program for measuring and improving productivity across the organization, aligning with the engineering strategies and business goals.Develop and implement standardized frameworks, methodologies to collect, analyze and report on the key metrics.Design and develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations to effectively communicate key productivity insights to engineering teams and leadership.Participate in troubleshooting, capacity planning, and performance analysis.Ensure compliance by addressing SecOps tools' requirements.Develop, implement, maintain, and fine-tune monitoring and alerting systems.Contribute to the teams objectives and key results, KPIs for a truly global, always-on customer base.What Skills & Experience You Should BringBachelor's/Masters degree in Engineering, or related field.Between 3 to 5 years experience working on cloud platforms and SaaS applications..Strong written and spoken English communication skills.Proficient in one or more scripting languages (ideally Python, Typescript or Go).Experience with Amazon Web Services (Azure or GCP also considered) is a plus.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
