As an Experienced DevOps Engineer at Transcloud, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth deployment, operation, and maintenance of complex software systems You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement DevOps best practices and streamline the development and operations processes Your responsibilities will include: - Designing, implementing, and managing continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines to enable efficient and automated software delivery. - Developing and maintaining infrastructure as code (IaC) using tools like terraform, ensuring scalability, security, and reliability of our systems. - Collaborating with development teams to optimize application performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high availability of services. - Managing and monitoring cloud-based environments (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) to ensure optimal performance, security, and cost-effectiveness. - Implementing robust security practices, including access controls, encryption, and vulnerability assessments, to safeguard our systems and data. - Automating manual processes to improve operational efficiency and reduce human error. - Participating in on-call rotations to provide timely support for critical incidents and perform root cause analysis. - Keeping up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in DevOps and cloud computing. Requirements - Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. - 3+ years of hands-on experience in a DevOps role, with a proven track record of designing and implementing CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure automation, and cloud solutions. - Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, PowerShell. - Solid experience with containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes. - Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools like Prometheus, ELK stack, Grafana, Stackdriver - Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform - Excellent troubleshooting skills and the ability to analyze and resolve complex technical issues. - Strong understanding of security best practices in a DevOps context. - Effective communication and collaboration skills within cross-functional teams. - Relevant certifications like AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, Certified Kubernetes Administrator are a plus.
