Description:

Join GlobalLogic, to be a valid part of the team working on a huge software project for the world-class company providing M2M / IoT 4G/5G modules e.g. to the automotive, healthcare and logistics industries. Through our engagement, we contribute to our customer in developing the end-user modules\xe2\x80\x99 firmware, implementing new features, maintaining compatibility with the newest telecommunication and industry standards, as well as performing analysis and estimations of the customer requirements.

Requirements:

• At least 3-4 years of relevant experience in DevOps/Sysadmin.
• Understanding of cloud infrastructures such as Azure, AWS, Openstack and Google Cloud.
• Experience with Docker, any of Docker swarm/Kubernetes/Cloud container services.
• Experience with Python, Shell, or any other scripting languages.
• Good working knowledge with source control system Git, any of Gitlab/Github.
• Good working knowledge with Nginx/Apache/HAProxy.
• Understanding of CI/CD tools like Jenkins and Ansible is must, Terraform, Chef, puppet good to have
• Understanding of networking fundamentals, security (SSL/TLS), HTTP, TCP/UDP.
• Basic Linux debugging skills.

Job Responsibilities:

• Setup, manage, monitor Production setup and with automation, DevOps, and CI/CD tools.
• Deploy, Maintain and Monitor Infrastructure and Services.
• Handle Alerts and take proactive measures to reduce alerts and increase uptime.
• Automate code and Infra Deployments.
• Tune, optimize and keep systems up to date.
• Design Deployment Strategy for releases management and work with Stake holders.
• Support database migration / Understanding will help in supporting this migration activities. Validation, Testing and Performance, monitoring etc.
