Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and proactive DevOps Engineer with 3-4 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for automating infrastructure, managing CI/CD pipelines, and ensuring smooth deployment processes across environments.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or similar. Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration using tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation. Monitor system performance and ensure high availability and scalability. Collaborate with development and QA teams to streamline software delivery. Manage and optimize cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP). Implement and maintain containerization using Docker and orchestration with Kubernetes. Troubleshoot production issues and participate in root cause analysis. Maintain security, backup, and disaster recovery protocols.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

3-4 years of hands-on experience in a DevOps role. Proficient in CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or CircleCI. Strong scripting skills (Bash, Python, or Shell). Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP. Solid understanding of Docker and Kubernetes. Experience with infrastructure as code (Terraform, Ansible). Familiarity with monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, or Datadog. Good understanding of networking, system administration, and security best practices.

Preferred Qualifications:

Certification in AWS/Azure or Kubernetes. Experience with agile development practices and version control systems (Git). Exposure to microservices architecture and service mesh (Istio, Linkerd) is a plus.
