Why this role exists...

As demand for DevOps capability continues to grow across projects, we are expanding our team to support infrastructure setup, deployment pipelines, and platform security. This is a new role created to support multiple projects, with a focus on AWS, Terraform Enterprise, and CI/CD best practices.

What you'll be doing...

You'll play a central role in standing up infrastructure, enabling deployment pipelines, and ensuring platform security across projects.

Your responsibilities will include:

Designing and maintaining infrastructure using Terraform Enterprise Working with AWS services including EKS, Lambda, S3, IAM policies, and networking Supporting CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, and promoting code across environments Managing access and identity using Azure Entra ID/AD groups and single sign-on Collaborating with development teams in an Agile environment, contributing to sprints Ensuring infrastructure aligns with best practices and passes architecture review Documenting processes and communicating clearly with stakeholders

In your first 3-6 months, success might look like:

Seamlessly integrating into a project and understanding client-specific methodologies Delivering infrastructure that is scalable, secure, and aligned with organisational standards Demonstrating strong communication and documentation skills, especially when troubleshooting

What you'll need to succeed...

We're looking for someone who brings a mix of technical depth, curiosity, and collaboration.

You might be a great fit if you have:

5+ years of hands-on DevOps experience Strong knowledge of AWS (EKS, Lambda, S3, IAM, networking) Experience with Terraform Enterprise (not just open-source) Understanding of CI/CD concepts and tools (especially Jenkins) Familiarity with Azure Entra ID/AD groups and Bitbucket/GitHub/GitLab Programming experience in Python, with exposure to Bash and Linux Experience working in Agile teams and delivering within sprints AWS certifications (Cloud Practitioner minimum; Solution Architect preferred)
