Role Overview

We are seeking a

DevOps / Cloud Lead

to own and drive the

cloud infrastructure, DevOps strategy, and platform reliability

for the

VEROXON enterprise healthcare AI platform

. This role requires deep expertise in

cloud-native systems, automation, security, and compliance

, with a strong focus on

high availability, performance, and operational excellence

.

The ideal candidate will work closely with

Architecture, Engineering, Security, and Product teams

to ensure VEROXON is

resilient, scalable, secure, and deployment-ready

across global environments.

Key Responsibilities

Lead cloud architecture and DevOps strategy for the VEROXON platform Design and manage

highly available, scalable cloud infrastructure

Build and maintain

CI/CD pipelines

for rapid, reliable releases Implement

Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC)

for repeatable deployments Own

Kubernetes-based container orchestration

and service management Ensure platform reliability, uptime, monitoring, and incident response Implement

security-by-design

across infrastructure and pipelines Drive compliance readiness (HIPAA, SOC 2, ISO 27001) Optimize cloud cost, performance, and resource utilization Collaborate with Engineering teams to enable DevOps best practices Lead environment management (Dev, QA, UAT, Prod) Mentor DevOps engineers and establish operational standards Support enterprise deployments and customer integrations

Required Skills & Experience

Core DevOps & Cloud Experience

10-14 years of experience in

DevOps, Cloud Engineering, or SRE

Proven experience leading DevOps for

enterprise SaaS platforms

Strong background in

cloud-native infrastructure design

Cloud Platforms

Hands-on expertise with

AWS / Azure / GCP

(HIPAA-eligible services preferred) Deep knowledge of

compute, networking, storage, and IAM

Experience with

multi-region and multi-environment deployments

Containers & Orchestration

Strong expertise in

Docker and Kubernetes

Experience managing production-grade Kubernetes clusters Service mesh and ingress experience (Istio, NGINX, etc.) preferred

CI/CD & Automation

Expertise in

CI/CD pipelines

(GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, Azure DevOps) Strong scripting skills (Bash, Python, YAML) Automation of build, test, release, and deployment workflows

Infrastructure as Code

Hands-on experience with

Terraform, CloudFormation, or ARM

Version-controlled infrastructure and automated provisioning

Observability & Reliability

Monitoring and logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, CloudWatch) Experience with SRE principles, SLIs/SLOs, and incident management Root cause analysis and continuous improvement mindset

Security & Compliance (Highly Preferred

)

Experience implementing

HIPAA-compliant infrastructure

Knowledge of SOC 2 / ISO 27001 controls Secure networking, encryption, secrets management Experience with vulnerability scanning and compliance audits

Leadership & Collaboration

Experience leading and mentoring DevOps teams Strong collaboration with engineering, security, and architecture teams Excellent communication and documentation skills
