We are seeking software engineers to:

provide technology solutions that address business problems and reinforce our position as digital leaders in financial services. analyze business requirements for Order Trade Management. design, plan, and deliver sustainable solutions using modern programming languages. offer technical expertise and recommendations for new software projects and initiatives aimed at supporting and enhancing our existing applications. conduct code reviews and test software as needed, while also participating in application architecture and design discussions. ensure that appropriate operational controls and procedures are implemented to facilitate the transition from test to production environments.

Your team

You'll be working in the WMA, OTM Crew Pune. We offer technology solutions for Retail Clients, FA's/CSA's Front & Middle-office users, Money Managers, and Traders. These solutions support three key service lines: Order Entry, Management, and Execution/Market Connectivity; Trade Affirmation, Allocation, and Settlement; and Client, Regulatory, and Risk Reporting. As a Full Stack Developer, you'll play an important role in Modernizing these applications.

Your expertise

8+ years experience in configuring and implementation of DevOps workflows using Gitlab pipelines, docker containers and AKS cluster strong practical delivery of automation scripts in Unix based platforms (bash, python) experienced in ETL and ETL processing via tools like azure data factory (ADF) good knowledge of azure environment, containerization concepts, cloud native development practices, azure wizard etc. manage source code version control, maintain code repository, perform and administer database baseline, improve best practices of branching and code merge, establish process control points to custom needs of development team automate release /deployment process and enforce established change management process implement ci/cd pipeline by managing quality and security policies/gates, designing a release strategy, setup up release management workflow, and implementing and appropriate deployment pattern should have strong experience working with build and ci tools like gitlab/maven/git. establish build, release and configuration management guidelines using industry best practices
