Job Title: DevOps Architect
Location: Navi Mumbai (CBD Belapur)
Employment Type: Full-time (Alternate Saturdays working)
Experience: 10+ years in DevOps (3+ years in a leadership role)

Mandatory Skill- DevOps Architect, OpenShift, Service Mesh, GitLab, Helm

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the architecture and deployment of scalable, secure microservices on OpenShift & Kubernetes

Drive CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure automation, and Service Mesh (Istio/Linkerd) integrations

Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure compliance with PCI-DSS, SOX, and banking regulations

Mentor and manage a high-performing DevOps team

Continuously improve performance, observability, and security in a containerized environment

Mandatory Skills:

Deep understanding of Microservices, OpenShift, Mesh Services, Istio, Helm Charts, Loki, GitLab

Strong experience with Docker, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), and Infrastructure as Code

Hands-on with scripting tools (e.g., Bash, Python) and config management (Ansible, Chef, Puppet)

Good to Have:

Exposure to the banking/payments domain

Experience with tools like Prometheus, Grafana, Terraform
