Job Description

We're seeking a seasoned DevOps Architect to lead the design and development of robust CI/CD gating systems across multiple projects. If you love architecting automation frameworks, optimizing pipelines, and driving innovation in cloud-native environments, this role is for you. You'll bring deep expertise in Python, Ansible, Zuul, and Linux, while seamlessly integrating tools like Gerrit, Jenkins, Docker, and Kubernetes. As a senior technical leader, you'll mentor teams, solve complex challenges, and shape the future of our DevOps ecosystem.



Architect and develop end-to-end CI/CD gating systems, ensuring scalability, reliability, and alignment with organizational DevOps goals. Design and integrate automation frameworks using Python, Ansible, and Zuul, connecting seamlessly with tools like Gerrit, Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, and artifact repositories. Drive innovation by evaluating, implementing, and optimizing new features within Zuul and other CI/CD tools to enhance efficiency. Mentor and guide junior developers on Zuul architecture, pipeline design, job creation, and CI/CD best practices. Collaborate cross-functionally with development and operations teams to align gating architecture with product and business objectives. Troubleshoot and resolve complex system integration and automation challenges while continuously improving tools, processes, and workflows.

Must have:

A Bachelor's/Master's degree or equivalent qualification with 6+ year of experience in R&D, Devops and proficiency in Python Proficiency in Ansible, Linux administration, and scripting languages (e.g., Bash). Hands-on exposure into SCM/CI methodologies, DevOps tools (Eg: Jenkins, Zuul, K8s etc)
