DevOps Architect - 15+ years - Noida
Summary - An exciting opportunity for senior DevOps leaders to design and implement enterprise-grade DevOps ecosystems for a cutting-edge fintech product company. You will architect cloud-native solutions across hybrid and multi-cloud environments, driving automation, CI/CD excellence, and operational resilience for a core banking and payments SaaS platform serving the European market.

Responsibilities

• Architect large-scale DevOps solutions across hybrid and multi-cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Build, optimize, and standardize CI/CD pipelines (GitLab CI, Jenkins, ArgoCD) for secure, zero-downtime deployments.
• Lead infrastructure automation using Terraform, Ansible, and Helm, ensuring infrastructure-as-code best practices.
• Define and enforce DevOps governance, compliance standards (PCI DSS, GDPR, PSD2), and operational security.
• Drive containerization and orchestration strategies with Docker and Kubernetes for microservices deployments.
• Implement advanced observability frameworks with Prometheus, ELK, Grafana, and CloudWatch, applying SRE principles for reliability.

Requirements

• 15+ years in IT with at least 8+ years in DevOps and 3+ years in an architect-level role.
• Deep expertise in AWS, Azure, and GCP, with hands-on hybrid/multi-cloud architecture experience.
• Strong proficiency in Terraform, CloudFormation, Ansible, and Helm.
• Proven CI/CD skills with Jenkins, GitLab CI, and ArgoCD.
• Expert knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and microservices deployments.
• Experience embedding DevSecOps practices and working in Agile environments.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
