Automation Test Engineer

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Automation Test Engineer to join our growing team. You will be responsible for developing and executing automated tests to ensure the quality of our software applications.

Responsibilities

DevOps & Cloud Infrastructure:

Design, implement, and manage secure, scalable, and highly available infrastructure on

AWS (Amazon Web Services)

. Utilize

Terraform

for Infrastructure as Code (IaC) to provision and manage cloud resources efficiently. Implement and maintain monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions to ensure the health and performance of systems. Collaborate with development teams to ensure seamless integration of applications with the underlying infrastructure.

CI/CD Pipeline Management:

Develop, maintain, and optimize

CI/CD Pipelines

using

Jenkins

to automate build, test, and deployment processes. Ensure fast, reliable, and secure software delivery through continuous integration and continuous deployment practices. Implement strategies for version control, code branching, and merging.

Automation Testing & Quality Assurance:

Design, develop, and maintain

Automation Testing

frameworks and scripts. Utilize

Selenium

for web application test automation, including functional, regression, and cross-browser testing. Integrate automated tests into the CI/CD pipeline to enable continuous testing. Work with development and QA teams to identify and prioritize test cases for automation. Leverage

Firebase Test Lab

for mobile application testing, including automated UI tests and crash reporting analysis.

Tools & Technologies:

Proficiency in using

Eclipse

or other relevant IDEs for development and debugging. Collaborate with development teams to understand application requirements and ensure testability. Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and best practices in DevOps, cloud computing, and test automation.

Collaboration & Mentorship:

Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, QA engineers, and product managers. Mentor junior engineers and share knowledge to foster a culture of continuous learning.

Qualifications

1+ years of experience in a DevOps, Cloud Engineering, or similar role. Proven experience with

AWS

services (EC2, S3, VPC, RDS, Lambda, etc.). Strong expertise in

Terraform

for infrastructure provisioning and management. Extensive experience in setting up and managing

Jenkins

and building robust

CI/CD Pipelines

. Solid experience in designing and implementing

Automation Testing

strategies. Proficiency in using

Selenium

for automated web testing. Familiarity with

Eclipse

or other popular IDEs. Experience with

Firebase Test Lab

for mobile application testing. Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash) for automation. Strong understanding of version control systems, preferably Git. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
