As a DevOps Advisory Lead, you will work closely with our business and technical teams, identifying and delivering new services, and providing solutions to meet customer demands. This is a key role within our IT team, offering the opportunity to work inclusively in a diverse team to drive change and make a real difference.

Accountabilities:
In this role, you will be responsible for stakeholder management and customer satisfaction, communication of the product roadmaps and new services, requirements definition, demand capture, and business case deployment. You will also be tasked with demand forecast for the DevOps Services, delivery of new services to the customer, ensuring the customer\xe2\x80\x99s DevOps footprint is efficiently used and sized, tracking service usage, driving service lifecycle management, and collaborative work across global teams of business partners, developers, vendors, offshore support teams, and other stakeholders.

Essential Skills/Experience:
- Engage with Business Area(s)/Region and associated stakeholders to understand and anticipate their current and future requirements.
- Ensure all key stakeholders are aware of the portfolio of services and associated development roadmaps.
- Build an overall forecast of demand and ensure that this is delivered to exceed expectations.
- Play an active role in the prioritization and governance of new service development.
- Drive optimization of the DevOps Estate.
- Track service usage, manage the service lifecycle to the customer.
- A self-starter with high levels of drive, energy, resilience, and a desire for professional excellence.
- Broad understanding of industry best DevOps Practices and CI & CD Enterprise Patterns, private and public cloud hosting services, and associated commercials and costs.
- Foundation-level knowledge of ALM Tools (Jira/Confluence/GitHub), CI & CD(Jenkins, Gitlab, GitHub Actions), Containers(Docker, Kubernetes), Storage, Middleware, Databases, Access Management, and SSO.
- Strong analytical skills and experience of related toolsets, with the ability to present clear information related to status and issues.
- Vendor and contract management skills.
- Knowledge of DevOps, Sysops and IssueOps Operating Models.
- Ability to collaborate across different technology services.
- Drive measurable continuous improvements across services and the team.
