Device Support Agent

, you'll support customers with external device setups like printers, webcams, keyboards, and USB devices.

Key Responsibilities:

Walk users through driver installation and configuration. Troubleshoot connectivity or malfunction issues. Recommend add-on services where needed.

Requirements:

Knowledge of common peripheral hardware. 1 year in a tech support role preferred.
