Conduct detailed developmental assessments for children with conditions such as autism spectrum disorder (ASD), ADHD, learning disabilities, cerebral palsy, intellectual disability, and speech/language delays
Evaluate children referred for concerns related to social interaction, behaviour, cognition, sensory integration, and emotional regulation
Work closely with psychologists, therapists (speech, occupational, behavioural), special educators, neurologists, and psychiatrists to develop and oversee individualized intervention plans
Provide guidance to parents/caregivers on developmental milestones, behavioral strategies, early intervention programs, and school-readiness skills
Monitor developmental progress over time and adjust care plans as needed
Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and case reviews
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation and adhere to regulatory requirements
Support awareness, screening, and training initiatives within the organization or community as needed
